Working with owners and stake holders to develop a exemplary team of Architects, Engineers, Consultants, Contractors and Subcontractors to see a project successfully through is a challenge I thrive on. The harder it gets, the better I get.

From west coast to east coast, I have lead renovations of a few hundred thousand dollars to multi-million dollar build-outs (often simultaneously) with full ownership of all fiscal & project outcomes.
